Bài viết1 tập trung thảo luận một số hệ quả của cuộc xung đột quân sự Nga - Ukraine, từ đó chỉ ra một số tác động gián tiếp tới công cuộc bảo vệ chủ quyền biển, đảo của Việt Nam. Một số hệ quả của cuộc xung đột quân sự Nga - Ukraine là (i) thách thức gia tăng đối với nỗ lực duy trì giá trị của luật pháp quốc tế và vai trò của các tổ chức quốc tế đa phương, (ii) gia tăng cạnh tranh nước lớn và nguy cơ sử dụng vũ lực, đe dọa sử dụng vũ lực, chạy đua vũ trang ở các khu vực và điểm nóng khác. Các hệ quả này đã tác động đến chính sách biển Đông của Việt Nam.
