Kỹ năng số của lực lượng lao động: Một số vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn tại Việt Nam

Trong những năm gần đây, công nghệ đã và đang phát triển với tốc độ chóng mặt, dẫn đến sự thiếu hụt lao động đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn đặt ra bởi các công việc mới của nền kinh tế số. Đại dịch Covid-19 cũng đang thay đổi cách thực hiện công việc và thúc đẩy xu hướng trên, mở rộng khoảng cách kỹ năng giữa lực lượng lao động hôm nay và tương lai. Bước vào kỷ nguyên kinh tế số, Việt Nam được đánh giá có nhiều lợi thế với dân số trẻ, quy mô dân số lớn nhưng cũng nhiều bất lợi khi tỷ lệ lao động qua đào tạo còn thấp. Vì vậy, việc trang bị kỹ năng số cho lực lượng lao động có ý nghĩa quan trọng, đảm bảo khả năng tuyển dụng của lực lượng lao động trong thời gian tới. Bài viết trình bày một số vấn đề lý luận về kỹ năng số của lực lượng lao động và phân tích tình hình tại Việt Nam hiện nay, từ đó đề xuất một số khuyến nghị.
